Working hard for National Apprenticeship Week
The Tonic Communications was commissioned for National Apprenticeship Week 2015 by Vision Express, to work with its younger employees to promote the success of the company’s apprenticeship scheme. The strategy was to promote upcoming places available on the scheme by pitching case studies of successful apprentices.
The activity generated over 40 pieces of coverage spanning national, trade, online and regional press, with a reach of over 5.3 million. The activity was recognised in national recruitment award schemes and helped lead to over 15 applicants for every single space.
Standout results included a supplement front cover in the Derby Telegraph and national coverage in The Sun.
